You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving our sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential leads, qualify them, and hand them off to our sales team. This is a commission-based position, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your success in generating high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels including LinkedIn, industry forums, and other relevant platforms.
  • Outreach: Initiate contact with potential leads via email, phone, and social media to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet our target criteria and have a high potential for conversion.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide feedback to refine our lead generation strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales pipeline status to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential leads.
  • Strong research skills and familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Ability to thrive in a commission-based compensation structure with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets.
