Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our outsourcing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our U.S. clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

QUALITIES:

Fluent in English with a strong command of American English (both written and verbal).
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
Flexible to work in U.S. time zones as required.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
