U Microfinance Bank seeks a dedicated Relationship Officer/ Relationship Manager to join our team and manage a team of five individuals. The Relationship Officer/ Relationship Manager will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable solutions that align with the bank's products and services. They will lead a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure that team goals align with the companys growth objectives. This position requires a bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, alongside a minimum of two years of relevant banking experience. Strong problem-solving skills and competency in client data management are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote the banks financial products and services.
- Achieve assigned targets for assets and liabilities within the microfinance sector.
- Lead and manage a team of five members, providing motivation, training, and support to meet departmental goals.
- Analyze client needs and offer customized financial solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage comprehensive customer data ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
- Represent the bank in client presentations and meetings, delivering clear and persuasive communication.
- Work effectively under pressure while maintaining high levels of professionalism and service quality.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies during all client interactions and transactions.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
