We are looking for multiple Sales Agents to join our team in the BPO industry. The ideal candidates must be fluent in English, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of handling sales calls effectively. This is a night shift role that requires candidates who are motivated, proactive, and ready to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Clearly present and promote the company’s products and services in English.
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a BPO or similar industry.
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work during night shifts.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
