We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in the fintech industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, with a focus on fintech products and services. As a specialist, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels, and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of fintech products and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention within the fintech industry.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital campaigns across various channels, including paid search (Google Ads), social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to maximize campaign performance for fintech products and services.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify insights and trends to optimize campaign performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to fintech marketing.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and optimize landing pages, website content, and user experience to improve conversion rates within the fintech sector.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink analysis to identify SEO opportunities and develop effective optimization strategies for fintech products and services.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and technical aspects for improved search engine visibility, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor website performance, conduct SEO audits, and provide recommendations to improve organic
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing within the fintech industry.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, and industry benchmarks.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling and engaging marketing materials tailored to the fintech audience.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to ensure effective execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or a related field.

·       2-3 years of proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, preferably within the fintech industry.

·       Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

·       Proficiency in utilizing marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure campaign performance.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for fintech marketing strategies.

·       Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing methodologies.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong project management and organizational skills.

·       Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·       Fintech knowledge, including an understanding of fintech products, services, and industry regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Individual Qualification).

·       Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

·       Familiarity with fintech-specific tools and platforms, such as payment gateways or financial analytics software.

·       Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website design principles.
