We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant HR Manager to support our HR operations. This role will involve managing various HR functions, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
