Job description
- Managing daily operations of the company across multi city
- Coordination with project management team procurement team installation teams for smooth running of the projects
- Direct reporting to the CEO on company operations and coordination with CEO and company employees
- Weekly reports on sale targets
- Weekly reports on project costings
- Managing procurement rates
- Coordination with accounts teams on weekly reports for accounts receivable
- Weekly reports with accounts team on accounts payable
- Monitoring and assisting in HR and recruitment of the company
- Monthly forecast for sales and procurement
- Coordination with project management teams in planning next week projects
- Preparing the required procurement project-specific
- Supervision of stock management
- Coordination with all company departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and effective running of operations
