Tropical Software Solutions is seeking a talented Video Editor with expertise in motion graphics and product marketing to craft compelling promotional videos for enterprise SaaS products. The ideal candidate harnesses strong storytelling skills combined with advanced video editing techniques to create engaging content tailored for digital marketing, social media platforms, and product launches. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to translate concepts and scripts into visually rich narratives that captivate target audiences. This position requires overseeing a small team member while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will employ a variety of industry-leading tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and AI-powered video editing platforms such as Runway, Veo, Pika, Kling, and HeyGen. Consistency in branding, meticulous color grading, and polished animation effects are essential to ensure high-quality video deliverables that align with company standards across all digital channels.
Responsibilities

Edit and produce promotional videos, product demos, advertisements, and social media content emphasizing clarity, storytelling, and visual appeal.
Design and implement motion graphics, animated titles, seamless transitions, and visual effects to enhance viewer engagement.
Create high-quality product feature videos showcasing enterprise software functionalities and benefits.
Convert conceptual scripts and ideas into compelling visual stories that resonate with the target audience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketing teams to align video content with product messaging and campaign goals.
Develop both short-form and long-form marketing videos optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Leverage AI-powered video generation and editing tools to streamline production workflows and elevate video quality.
Maintain consistent brand identity by applying uniform color grading, typography, and visual style in all video outputs.
Optimize video formats and resolutions to meet diverse digital advertising and social media requirements.
Manage concurrent video editing projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Provide guidance and mentorship to a junior team member to foster skill development and efficient collaboration.
Stay updated with emerging trends in video editing, motion graphics, and AI tools to continuously improve content innovation.
