Tropical Software Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with at least five years of professional experience in web development. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using .NET Core and Angular. This role requires a passionate developer who thrives in a collaborative Agile environment and is committed to delivering high-quality software solutions. The Senior Full Stack Developer will lead a team of five professionals, playing a crucial role in mentoring and guiding junior developers while contributing to the technical vision of the product.
The Senior Full Stack Developer collaborates closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into efficient, reliable, and secure applications. This position demands excellent skills in API design and integration, clean and well-documented coding practices, and proactive involvement in code reviews. Additionally, the candidate ensures application responsiveness and quality, actively participates in Agile ceremonies, and drives the technical design and development efforts for new features to meet organizational goals and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex web applications using .NET Core and Angular technologies to meet business objectives.
- Lead the technical design, implementation, and deployment of new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure code quality and scalability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards and improve team performance.
- Mentor and support a team of five developers by providing technical guidance, best practices, and career development opportunities.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs.
- Participate actively in Agile development processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Design and integrate robust APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle to protect applications from vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance the development process and product quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing software development methodologies and team workflows.
- Coordinate with QA teams to devise testing strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage of new and existing features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders to clarify requirements, expectations, and project status.
