Roles and Responsibilities

As a SQA Engineer Manual and Automation at Tropical Software Solutions, you'll collaborate with a team of Programmers, Web Developers, UX Designers, and Marketers to oversee the complete development and optimization of our app. Your role will involve creating and executing both automated and manual tests to ensure the quality and stability of the site.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in automated testing frameworks, outstanding problem solving abilities, and a dedication to delivering exceptional programming and web experiences.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science , Software Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
Practical experience with automated testing tools.
Ability to debug software products using systematic testing to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards.
Familiarity with Agile development and Scrum methodologies.
Experience using JIRA.
Skilled in estimating, planning, executing, and managing testing efforts for products.
Proficient in developing, reviewing, and maintaining documentation throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Experienced in working with the end to end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile testing methodologies and various test phases such as unit, integration, system, regression, and performance testing.
Capable of creating detailed test cases and scripts.
Ability to translate requirements or user stories into effective test scripts.
Effective communicator with development teams to resolve and address issues.
Hands-on experience with UI testing.

Timing: 2pm to 11pm (Afternoon Shift)
