Integra is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assistant Operation Officer to support our Finance Manager in managing daily cash flow and financial record-keeping across all CNG stations. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial documentation, performing cash handling duties, and ensuring compliance with established security and reconciliation procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash deposits, coordinating with multiple bank accounts, and assisting with routine financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational efficiency. As an Assistant Operation Officer at Trizone, you will lead a team of four individuals, guiding them to maintain high standards of cash management and financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to optimize cash logistics and implement security protocols. Your expertise in financial statement analysis, data visualization, and operational management will contribute significantly to the company’s financial accuracy and compliance. This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Finance Manager by managing daily cash handling and cash-flow activities efficiently across all CNG stations.
Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, including performing accurate data entry related to daily transactions and bank deposits.
Deposit cash into designated company bank accounts following established procedures and maintain accurate records of all deposits.
Lead and supervise a team of four personnel in executing cash management, cash handling procedures, and supporting financial operations.
Ensure strict adherence to security and compliance standards in all cash handling and cash logistics processes to safeguard company assets.
Perform bank statement reconciliations and prepare reports related to cash management activities to support financial transparency.
Assist with data analysis and data visualization to provide actionable insights into operational and financial performance.
Support the Finance Manager in routine financial and administrative duties, including financial reporting and financial statement analysis.
Implement and monitor cash reconciliation processes to promptly detect and resolve discrepancies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial procedures and internal controls related to cash handling and financial reporting.
