Janitor

Triami is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor with at least two years of experience to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities in Karachi. The ideal candidate is skilled in various cleaning techniques, waste disposal, and floor maintenance to ensure a safe and presentable environment. The Janitor performs routine cleaning activities efficiently, respecting safety guidelines and company policies while working independently without managing a team. The role requires a proactive individual who can handle waste disposal responsibly and apply proper floor maintenance methods to keep all areas in optimal condition. Attention to detail, consistency, and time management are essential as the Janitor contributes significantly to the overall workplace atmosphere and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces in assigned areas.
Safely collect, sort, and dispose of waste materials following established waste disposal techniques and environmental guidelines.
Maintain restroom facilities by refilling supplies, sanitizing fixtures, and ensuring a hygienic environment.
Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages to the management to ensure availability of necessary materials.
Operate floor maintenance equipment such as buffers and scrubbers in accordance with safety protocols to maintain clean and polished surfaces.
Identify and report maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or potential safety hazards to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
Ensure all cleaning activities are executed with respect for company policies and safety regulations to prevent accidents and maintain compliance.
Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and schedules to demonstrate consistent and thorough execution of tasks.
Collaborate with other staff members to support overall facility upkeep and respond to urgent cleaning needs as they arise.
