Sales Representative – Umrah Travel Agency
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our growing Umrah travel agency team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to guide clients in choosing the best Umrah packages according to their needs.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
- Promote and sell Umrah packages to customers
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Provide accurate information regarding hotels, flights, visas, and transport
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Previous sales or travel industry experience is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of Umrah travel services is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer and social media handling skills
- Fluent in English (Urdu/Arabic is a plus)

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
