Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Intermediate (Inter.)

  • Agents responsible for handling flight inquiries over the phone, finding cost-effective flight options, booking under the client's name, issuing tickets, managing date changes, cancellations, and re-issuances

Shift Time:

  • Afternoon shift only (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer flight inquiries, find the best flight options for clients, handle bookings, ticket issuance, date changes, cancellations, and re-issuance
  • Collect deposits and balances
  • Use follow-up and promotional techniques, preparing materials to sell air tickets suited to clients
  • Handle unexpected issues, multitask, and manage travel-related complaints
  • Be sharp-minded, hardworking, and efficient
  • Must be able to multitask and work as part of a team
  • Build customer relationships based on trust and service credibility
  • Unpaid training for freshers for 2 weeks for airlines and then live.
