  • Manage client inquiries and communication via WhatsApp, Instagram, Email and phone calls.
  • Coordinate inter-team communication, ensuring efficient collaboration and information sharing.
  • Conduct phone calls with clients to confirm appointments and address concerns.
  • Schedule and manage therapists' schedules, optimizing appointment allocation and payments.
  • Handle session bookings, reminders, and confirmations for therapy sessions.
  • Managing client inflow, looking over gaps in inflow and communication and engaging in proactive problem solving to increase inflow
