Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulate the overall plan for professional energy storage technology training, and comprehensively build the learning map to cultivate trainees with an understanding of our product and excellent technical skills
  • Based on the learning map and business development needs, effectively cooperate with the service team, marketing team, and sales team to develop core training programs and technical competition plans, including the structure, design, research and development, evaluation of training content, and supporting operational activities
  • Formulate the assessment system and management methods for the professional training objectives of energy storage installers, and formulate the standards and improvement plans for professional training projects, courses, and lecturers
  • Support all teams to independently carry out professional training online and offline, and improve the overall level of professional training
  • To create a high-performance, highly professional, excellent training team.

Qualification:

  • Master energy storage installation workers to train and develop relevant theories and knowledge
  • Planning and execution of technical training for installations, experience in the installation and problem-solving in the energy storage industry is required
