We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, Google AdWords, video marketing, content creation (including blogs and other written content), LinkedIn posts, and a willingness to explore and implement innovative strategies. The Senior Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and leads that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads across various digital channels.

2. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

3. Plan, create, and manage Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

4. Create engaging and compelling video content for digital platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, and social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.

5. Write and publish high-quality blog posts, articles, and other written content that resonate with our target audience and drive traffic to our website.

6. Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to expand our professional network, engage with industry influencers, and generate leads.

7. Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better results.

8. Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and sales to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

10. Identify new opportunities and innovative ways to leverage digital channels for marketing and promotion.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.

3. Expertise in SEO, Google AdWords, video marketing, content creation, and LinkedIn marketing.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

7. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.

9. Experience with email marketing, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.

10. Certifications in relevant digital marketing areas (e.g., Google AdWords, Google Analytics) are desirable but not required.
