TradeUnleashed provides advanced retail management solutions (RMS) to streamline business operations for retailers. Our cloud-based platform helps manage inventory, sales, customer relationships, and financials efficiently.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle the deployment and support of our cloud-based RMS. This role involves configuring systems for new clients, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deployment:
- Implement and configure TradeUnleashed Cloud RMS for new clients.
- Customize the system based on client needs.
- Ensure smooth deployment through testing and troubleshooting.
Client Support:
- Provide first-line technical support for RMS issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, network, and hardware problems.
- Train clients on system usage and provide documentation.
Continuous Improvement:
- Collect client feedback for system enhancements.
- Maintain support documentation and guides.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in technical support, preferably with SaaS or cloud systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of retail management systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, cloud computing, and network configurations is a plus.
