We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design test cases accordingly.
- Execute automated test scripts to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues.
- Analyze test results and report findings to the QA team and development stakeholders.
- Participate in the review and refinement of software requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and testing methodologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automation testing and quality assurance.
- Strong documentation skills to ensure backend process and scripts in full control and visibility of the team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or TestNG.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
