Financial Analyst

You will be instrumental in providing analytical support to our finance team, aiding strategic decision-making. This role requires a high level of proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI. You will develop and maintain financial forecasts, prepare budget-to-actual analysis, and build interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Create dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key financial metrics and performance indicators.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future results, and provide actionable insights to management.
Collaborate with different business units to gather information and refine financial assumptions.
Conduct variance analysis between actual results and forecasts/budgets, providing explanations for discrepancies and suggesting corrective actions.
Support month-end and quarter-end financial reviews and prepare presentations for senior management.
Participate in the financial integration of mergers and acquisitions as required.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements in financial analysis tools and techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an FP&A role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VBA) and significant experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
