SEO Specialist

The SEO Specialist will play a key role in enhancing TraceSoft Solution’s online visibility, improving search engine rankings, and driving organic traffic. This role involves developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, monitoring performance, and staying updated on the latest industry trends to ensure consistent growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Development: Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and trends.
Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, engaging, and search-engine-friendly content.
Technical SEO: Perform website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, including site speed, indexing, and crawl errors.
Link Building: Develop and execute link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and backlink profiles.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software. Provide regular reports on KPIs and improvement recommendations.
Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors’ SEO strategies and adapt accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Trend Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in the tech or IT outsourcing industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website management systems like WordPress.
Excellent understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
