We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service
1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues.
2. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and that guests are familiar with hotel amenities and services.
3. Answer guest inquiries, providing information on hotel services, local attractions, and other relevant information.
Front Desk Operations
4. Manage front desk operations, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
5. Handle guest room assignments, ensuring that rooms are allocated according to guest preferences and hotel policies.
6. Manage guest key cards, ensuring that all keys are issued and returned correctly.
Administrative Tasks
7. Handle guest billing and payment, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
8. Manage guest reservations, ensuring that all reservations are accurate and up-to-date.
9. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including comments, complaints, and suggestions.
