Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in administrative functions.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to prevent shortages.
  • Oversee facility management, ensuring that the workplace is clean, safe, and well-maintained for all employees.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by creating job postings, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop and conduct comprehensive employee onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of salaries while tracking employee attendance.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, promoting a supportive and informative environment.
  • Implement human resources policies and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
