3) Facilitating staff training and education through scheduling and planning.
4) Creating and revising Job descriptions.
5) Recommending new policies, approaches and procedures.
6) Reporting directly to HR.
7) Ensuring smooth running off schedule, days off, and keeping track of employee request forms.
8) Managing staff queries, conflicts, request and issues and bringing it to the notice depending upon importance.
9) Facilitating the business and smooth running of staff related matter for the growth of the business.
