Manage the team Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad
Detail understanding of D-base and E-sales software.
Data allocation to sales team as per Head of Sales instructions.
Data Analysis / Graphs & Reports
Database update i.e., adding new companies and new campaigns as per HOS instructions.
Download call records of business lines and upload on weekly basis. Business lines check and coordination with network manager
Sales team weekly and monthly reports.
Website working and speed check – recommend if changes required.
Regular meeting with the team and HOD for smooth working
Identifying the problem and finding the solution
Bring recommendation for future improvements
Introduction of DBase & E-Sales to new Interns (Training & Updating)
Training of staff on regular basis
imperative to understand how important dispatch and its execution is.
Understanding the database and its implication, find better solution and improvement is critical for the post.
