• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and regulation compliance.
  • Preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with tax filings and ensure timely submission.
  • Prepare Construction BOQs.
  • Complete general leger operations
  • Assist in monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Prepare analysis or reconciliation of ledger accounts as requested
  • Assist with monthly or year-end closings
  • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
  •  Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Payroll administration
  • Monitor and resolve bank issues and check differences with account / bank reconciliations
  • Review and process expense reports
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of the audit process
