T.K Associates is seeking a skilled Architecture professional with expertise in building design and construction documentation to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in all aspects of architecture, including proficiency with industry-standard software such as Building Information Modeling and AutoCAD, including 3D modeling capabilities. This role requires a candidate with at least three years of relevant experience who can contribute to creating detailed architectural plans and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations. The Architecture professional will work closely with project stakeholders to develop and refine designs that meet client needs while adhering to technical standards and budget constraints. This position demands a candidate with excellent technical skills and a comprehensive understanding of architectural principles but does not involve team management responsibilities. The role emphasizes accuracy, creativity, and effective implementation of architectural solutions to support successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities

Develop detailed architectural designs and plans using Building Information Modeling and AutoCAD software.
Prepare comprehensive construction documentation that meets regulatory and project requirements.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
Perform site analysis and assessment to inform architectural solutions and optimize building performance.
Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative approaches in architectural projects.
Review and revise architectural drawings to enhance accuracy and compliance with standards.
Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate architectural elements seamlessly into overall project delivery.
Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations throughout the design process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends, materials, and best practices.
Support project scheduling and budgeting to deliver high-quality architectural services within defined timelines.
