Tirelink Group is seeking a motivated HR Manager to join our team and lead a group of 10 dedicated HR professionals. This role will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management processes to support the company's overall goals. You will also utilize HRIS systems and apply conflict resolution techniques to foster a positive workplace environment. In this position, you will manage daily HR operations, design and implement policies, and ensure compliance with employment laws. You will work closely with various departments to recruit and retain top talent, enhance employee engagement, and resolve conflicts efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, empathy, and a commitment to improving employee satisfaction within Tirelink Group.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10 HR professionals to achieve departmental goals and support organizational strategies.
- Coordinate the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and maintain effective employee relations through consistent communication, feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Implement performance management systems to monitor employee progress and provide development opportunities.
- Manage and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records and data integrity.
- Design and enforce HR policies that comply with applicable labor laws and reflect company values.
- Support university students and freshers through training, mentoring, and career development initiatives.
- Facilitate conflict resolution techniques to address workplace issues and promote a harmonious working environment.
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and implement strategies for talent retention.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to guide strategic decision-making and improve HR processes.
