Dispatch Manager

Tiraz.pk is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Dispatch & Inventory Manager to oversee daily order processing, dispatch operations, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will ensure that customer orders are accurately packed, dispatched on time, and that inventory records remain accurate and up to date.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating order fulfillment, monitoring stock levels, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring smooth communication between production, inventory, and customer support teams. This role plays a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience by ensuring timely deliveries and minimizing dispatch errors.

Responsibilities

Process and manage daily customer orders for dispatch.
Verify products before packing to ensure correct size, color, and quantity.
Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely shipment collection and delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Monitor low stock levels and coordinate with the production team for replenishment.
Organize warehouse inventory for efficient storage and quick order fulfillment.
Handle return orders and update inventory accordingly.
Generate dispatch and inventory reports for management.
Ensure all dispatch and inventory activities comply with company procedures and quality standards.
