Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to business owners and professionals in the USA.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up.
Present and explain the company's products or services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively convey information and build rapport with clients.
Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment. Experience with cold calling is a plus.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to persuade potential clients and negotiate deals effectively.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different client needs and changing market conditions.
Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find effective solutions.
