We are seeking a Student Recruitment Counselor to join our team. As a Recruitment Counselor, you will assist prospective students in their study abroad journey. As the main point of contact, your responsibilities will be as below:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage inquiries from prospective students interested in studying abroad through virtual and physical meetings.
- Advise students on appropriate programme requirements for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Malaysia.
- Serve as a liaison between students and partner universities, processing student applications and securing placements.
- Organise webinars to promote partner universities and the services offered by our company.
- Handle the complete admission process, including providing guidance, processing admissions, and facilitating visa procedures.
- Oversee and manage student leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students provided to institutions.
- Collaborate with upper management to track and analyse current campaign performances for all clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Pakistani Citizen
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/Marketing or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in overseas education and student recruitment (Australia / UK / USA/ Malaysia / Singapore)
- Familiarity with agency/indirect distribution models for student recruitment
- Understanding engagement and conversion strategies for international students
- Knowledge of the international student marketplace and industry challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach
