Tile Select is seeking a skilled Networking / CCTV Specialist with at least five years of experience to join our team. This role involves the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and surveillance systems to ensure optimal performance and security. The successful candidate will manage a small team of one person, providing guidance and support while executing network-related and CCTV tasks efficiently. The specialist will be responsible for network configurations, IP camera setups, and the ongoing upkeep of surveillance systems. This role requires a strong technical understanding of network infrastructure, CCTV technologies, and IP networking. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly will be crucial. The candidate must be proactive in maintaining security standards and ensuring the reliability of all surveillance operations within the organization.
Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain various CCTV systems including IP cameras and network video recorders (NVRs).
Perform network configuration tasks to support surveillance systems and overall IT infrastructure.
Set up and verify IP camera configurations to ensure proper coverage and functionality.
Monitor and maintain surveillance system health through regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity and CCTV equipment promptly.
Manage and support a small team, ensuring effective task delegation and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with other departments to align network and surveillance requirements with organizational needs.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
Stay informed on the latest developments in IP networking and CCTV technology to recommend and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with security policies and standards related to surveillance and network operations.
