We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Proven track record of success in solar sales with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
