We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support & IT Officer to support daily operations by assisting customers, handling inquiries, and providing basic IT-related support to the team. This role is primarily customer service–oriented but requires general familiarity with IT tools, software, and simple troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through basic processes or product usage.
- Provide or be willing to learn basic IT support for staff, such as troubleshooting simple software or hardware issues.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers when advanced technical support is required.
- Ensure systems, tools, and platforms used by the team run smoothly.
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service and IT operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Basic understanding of computers, common software (MS Office/Google Workspace), and simple troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
