Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager with proven expertise in blow molding and injection molding processes, particularly within the automotive sector or related vendor industries. This position is based at our facility in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore and requires a seasoned professional to oversee and optimize our production operations for automotive parts manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the manufacturing of plastic components for automotive applications, ensuring compliance with OEM standards and industry regulations.
Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to meet tight deadlines and client requirements.
Supervise and optimize blow molding and injection molding processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
Drive process improvements, cost reductions, and waste minimization across production operations.
Monitor and enforce strict quality control protocols, ensuring defect-free products.
Manage, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve organizational goals.
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in blow molding and injection molding processes within the automotive industry or as a supplier to OEMs.
Industry Focus: Strong background working with automotive parts manufacturers or their vendor network.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of automotive quality standards, production planning, and process optimization.
Proven leadership skills to effectively manage teams and drive productivity.
Familiarity with health and safety standards in industrial manufacturing environments.
