Therapy Recruiter

PsychPlus is seeking a motivated Therapy Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with new people regularly and has a talent for assessing candidates’ potential through thoughtful and strategic questioning. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Excellent English communication is essential, along with a commitment to consistently meet and exceed daily interview scheduling targets. This position is fully remote and focuses on recruiting for healthcare roles within the US market.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various company positions.
- Conduct interviews via phone or video calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future job openings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Consistently achieve daily quotas related to scheduling interviews and meetings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple candidates and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting performance quotas.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the US healthcare sector.
- Experience in international customer support and international sales targeting the US market is an advantage.
- Competitive salary of up to PKR 150,000 per month, with additional performance-based bonuses.
- Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT, with weekends off.
- Full-time remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
