The Assistant Accountant / Inventory Controller must be eligible:
- To prepare invoices and cross-check prepared invoices while ensuring payments and expenses.
- To manage financial transactions and daily accounting tasks, including receivables/payables/general ledger/ cost management and revenue recognition.
- Prepare cash vouchers, bank vouchers, and other relevant vouchers.
- To ensure the payments of all the bills and invoices.
- To establish and maintain budgetary file records to document transactions.
- To generate and forecast weekly/monthly revenue reports and financial statements for review.
- To enter the key inputs into the accounting software.
- To prepare salary/payroll and disbursement.
- To maintain up-to-date records of financial documents and to update the financial database for accuracy and immediate access.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Freshly graduated B.COM.
- Good with numbers and figures.
- Familiarity with the mandatory software(s)
- Skilled with quick delivery of performance
