IT Trainer

The Trust School is seeking a dedicated IT Trainer with at least three years of experience to deliver high-quality training sessions focused on various IT domains. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of E-Learning Authoring Tools, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Digital Marketing, Video Editing, Graphic Design, and Website Development. Experience in the education sector is desirable, enabling the trainer to tailor learning programs effectively to meet diverse learner needs and enhance IT competency across the institution. This role involves designing and delivering instructional content, conducting engaging training workshops, and utilizing modern technology to facilitate an interactive learning environment. The IT Trainer will work closely with learners to assess their understanding, provide practical examples, and support their skill development in both technical and creative IT disciplines. While the position does not require team management, the trainer must demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for educating others in the fast-evolving IT landscape.
Responsibilities

Develop, design, and deliver comprehensive training programs covering E-Learning Authoring Tools, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Digital Marketing, Video Editing, Graphic Design, and Website Development.
Create engaging and interactive instructional materials tailored to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
Assess learner progress through tests, practical assignments, and feedback sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Maintain up-to-date expertise in IT trends, tools, and educational technologies to continuously improve training content.
Collaborate with educational staff to identify training needs and customize sessions to institutional goals and learner requirements.
Utilize digital platforms and multimedia resources to facilitate seamless and immersive learning experiences.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners to address questions, resolve technical challenges, and motivate continued skill enhancement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements based on feedback and results.
Adhere to the organizations policies and maintain a professional and inclusive learning environment.
Stay informed about advancements in the education sector and integrate proven educational practices into training methodologies.
