Assist in the coordination of administrative tasks, including event management, purchasing, meetings and clerical duties.
Supervision of security and janitorial staff.
Dealing with internal and external affairs relating to campuses.
Assign daily tasks to janitorial staff.
Responsible for the preparation of required documents and reports.
Any other duty assigned by the head of the campus.
Must have Admin Capability with excellent communication, time management and public relations skills.
Proficient in MS Office and MIS working.
Ability to Monitor the campus related activities.
Capability of doing Office Work.
