The Trust School seeks a dedicated Academic Coordinator to manage and enhance its educational programs. This role involves overseeing curriculum development, student assessment processes, and ensuring academic compliance in alignment with institutional standards. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the educational sector and a strong capability to manage academic programs effectively. They will lead a team of 30 persons, coordinating activities to support smooth educational operations and improve student outcomes. The Academic Coordinator works collaboratively with faculty and administrative staff to develop and implement scheduling and timetabling strategies that maximize resource utilization and enhance the educational experience. Additionally, this position is responsible for organizing academic events and maintaining rigorous educational assessment standards to foster continuous improvement and academic excellence within The Trust School.
Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor curricular activities to meet academic standards and support student success.
  • Coordinate and oversee student assessment processes, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and compliance regulations.
  • Manage academic program operations, including scheduling, timetabling, and resource allocation to optimize learning environments.
  • Lead and supervise a team of 30 educational  staff to ensure cohesive functioning and achievement of academic goals.
  • Maintain academic compliance by reviewing policies, updating documentation, and ensuring adherence to educational guidelines.
  • Organize and coordinate academic events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance educational delivery and faculty development.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to support curriculum enhancement and address academic challenges.
  • Analyze educational assessment data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Foster communication and engagement between students, staff, and administration to build a productive academic community.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and initiatives, implementing changes as necessary to improve outcomes.
