The Tech Innovators is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Specialist to join our vibrant team in Rawalpindi. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for both onsite and remote positions. The successful candidate will also coordinate with department heads to address hiring needs, develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, and maintain an effective onboarding system. Strong operational skills are essential to managing employee daily tasks, performance evaluations, and maintaining accurate attendance and personnel records. This position does not involve managing a team but requires strong collaboration across departments to improve productivity, accountability, and overall business efficiency. The Human Resource Specialist will conduct performance reviews, prepare regular performance reports, and support management in resolving employee-related matters to foster a positive and productive work environment. This role demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, ensuring smooth HR operations and long-term organizational success.
Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for onsite and remote staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified local and international remote candidates to fulfill organizational hiring demands.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand staffing requirements and ensure positions are filled timely with suitable candidates.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, standard operating procedures, and employee onboarding processes to enhance HR efficiency.
  • Assign, monitor, and track the daily tasks of employees to ensure timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to monitor productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on employees' attendance, leave, and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve employee-related issues, addressing concerns promptly to maintain a supportive workplace environment.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture by supporting management in achieving HR-related goals and fostering employee engagement.
  • Use project and task management tools effectively to organize HR activities and support operational workflow.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple HR activities and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
