- Generate new sales from the assigned territory.
- Maximize revenue from each assigned (existing) customer by upselling, cross-selling and finding other new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with customer’s agreed SLAs in all service areas Good relationship with Careers.
- Import & Export sales expertise like sea freight or Air Freight.
- Maintenance of service contracts with customers including initial contract definition, which will contain the list of services, deliverables, performance targets (KPIs), liabilities, etc.
