We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR field and be well-versed in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Support in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
