Field Coordinator

The Protectors is seeking a highly motivated, trustworthy, and proactive Field Coordinator to join our growing team. As the Field Coordinator, you will serve as the key on-site representative of the company, bridging the gap between client expectations and successful project execution. You will lead a team of 7 individuals and be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations to ensure quality standards and project milestones are met. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to managing field activities. You will coordinate closely with clients, interior design and installation teams, and management to maintain a smooth workflow, resolve on-site challenges promptly, and deliver timely updates. Your role includes conducting site assessments, taking accurate field measurements, and reporting regularly while maintaining professional client relationships to promote project success and satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Conduct regular visits to project sites to monitor progress, verify adherence to quality standards, and coordinate daily field operations.
Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, effectively understanding their requirements, presenting project updates, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
Maintain continuous and clear communication between clients, design and installation teams, and internal management to ensure coordinated and efficient project execution.
Perform thorough site assessments including accurate field measurements and provide detailed reports and updates to management on project status and potential issues.
Identify potential challenges, delays, or risks on-site early and implement proactive solutions to prevent impact on project timelines and quality.
Lead and supervise a team of 7 field personnel by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring team members adhere to project protocols and safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of field activities, client interactions, and project progress to support transparency and accountability.
Coordinate with logistics and procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary materials and resources for uninterrupted site activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices to uphold project integrity and team welfare.
Facilitate problem-solving discussions on-site, promoting collaborative decision-making and continuous improvement in field operations.
