The Progressive Talk is looking for a motivated and results-driven Brand Partnership Executive to join our team. If you enjoy networking, building relationships, and securing collaborations, this role is for you.

As a Brand Partnership Executive, you will identify potential brand partners, pitch collaboration opportunities, negotiate partnership terms, and maintain long-term relationships with clients. You`ll work closely with our internal team to ensure successful execution of campaigns while representing The Progressive Talk professionally.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential brand partners.
- Pitch sponsorship and collaboration opportunities.
- Secure both paid and barter partnerships.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute partnerships.
- Follow up with leads and manage the partnership pipeline.
Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role with no fixed salary. Your earnings will depend on the value and number of partnerships you successfully secure. The commission structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Specific Tasks
