IT Specialist

We’re looking for an IT Specialist who will ensure that our team’s technology runs like a well-oiled machine while safeguarding our systems and data. From building SEO-optimized WordPress websites to fortifying cybersecurity measures, your expertise will empower our team to thrive and serve our clients at the highest level.

As our IT Specialist, your role is critical to our company’s success. You’ll streamline operations, enhance our digital presence, and keep our tools and systems running efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of data security. By managing technology with precision and innovation, you’ll create an environment where the team can focus on delivering value to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and maintain SEO-optimized websites, with a focus on WordPress development and keyword optimization to improve search rankings.
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 environments, ensuring seamless operations and premium migrations to M365.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, data encryption, and secure access protocols, to protect company and client information.
Conduct regular system and security audits, identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities proactively.
Manage automation workflows and funnel building to support our marketing and sales efforts.
Provide remote technical support to the team, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
Assist with any technology needs, including software updates, troubleshooting, and system integrations.
Optimize team productivity by implementing and maintaining efficient digital tools and processes.

You should have:

Proven experience in WordPress website development, keyword optimization, and SEO best practices.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office 365 setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and premium migrations.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including network security, data encryption, and vulnerability management.
Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
Experience with network security tools (e.g., firewalls, antivirus software, VPNs) is strongly preferred.
Strong experience with automation tools and funnel-building platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage remote technical support effectively.
A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills to assist team members with varying levels of technical proficiency.
