The Orange Beak Creative Studio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to leverage their expertise in SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads or Meta Ads), and performance marketing to create and execute winning digital marketing strategies for our diverse client base.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

SEO: Conducting in-depth keyword research, technical SEO audits, and on-page optimization to improve organic search ranking and website traffic.
Paid Advertising: Developing and managing high-performing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms (or both!) to achieve specific client goals.
Performance Marketing: Creating data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising, social media, and email marketing, to maximize client ROI and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance across all channels, identifying areas for improvement, and generating comprehensive reports that showcase the impact of your work.
Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously researching and learning about the latest trends and best practices in SEO, paid advertising, and performance marketing.
Collaboration: Working seamlessly with our team (design, development, content) to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned and deliver a cohesive experience for clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in each of the following areas: SEO, Paid Advertising (Google Ads or Meta Ads), Performance Marketing.
Proven track record of success in driving organic traffic, increasing website conversions, and maximizing client ROI through digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms (or both!), campaign management, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for digital marketing and a constant desire to learn and stay ahead of the curve.
