Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide assistance.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products including mobile phone accessories, electronic gadgets, computers, and gaming accessories.
- Recommend products based on customer requirements and preferences, upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) software efficiently to process transactions accurately and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including product displays and shelves.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with patience and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting periodic stock counts.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales, customer service, and store operations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) software and other retail technology.
- Knowledge of mobile phone accessories, electronic gadgets, computers, and gaming accessories is preferred.
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus.
- At least Matric required.
- People living near Bahria Enclave would be preferred.
