Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Office Administrator to join our reputable language school specializing in IELTS, English language training, and other related courses. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our language school. This position requires proficiency in English, as you will be interacting with students and staff from diverse backgrounds. We strongly encourage female candidates to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to students, parents, and visitors, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing student files, maintaining attendance records, and processing payments.
  • Assist in student enrollment and admissions processes, providing accurate information about course offerings, fees, and required documentation.
  • Maintain and update student databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
  • Coordinate with instructors to schedule classes, arrange classroom materials, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and distribute course materials, including handouts, textbooks, and online resources.
  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and information sessions to promote the language school and attract potential students.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Sheets to create reports, track student progress, and manage administrative documentation.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with students and staff.
  • Proven experience in customer service roles, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets for data management and reporting purposes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a language school or education-related setting is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
