Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to students in assign classes (Playgroup to Matric).
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance academic and personal growth.
Develop and implement educational materials and activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student development and address any concerns.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote a cohesive and inclusive school culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Montessori diploma or understanding of Montessori education.
Relevant teaching experience, preferably in a junior or early childhood education setting.
Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
